Sincere extension of value to all stakeholders, particularly to members of the public at large and communities, has been one of AOT's cardinal objectives in a pursuit to be a good corporate citizen.

Under the "Corporate Citizenship Airport" theme, AOT operated airports seek to be a good citizen and neighbor in communities they are a part through Sustainable Initiatives (Strategy #3) contained in the Sustainable Development Master Plan (2016-2019) and through the AOT 's Social Value Delivering Framework which comprises 1. Community Engagement & Social Participation 2. Local Economic Development 3. Human Capital Development 4. Ecosystem Preservation

The Sustainable Initiatives under Strategy 3 are three-fold as follows;

Under the Corporate sustainable level concept of “Learning Airport”; AOT has 3 Sustainable development activities which include Learning Airport, Airport Site Visit Program and AOT Volunteer Program
