In 2017, AOT developed customer relations development data base in digital format for use in designing and creating management process that is integrated across the organization.
AOT uses this platform to analyse the needs, complaints, suggestion and satisfaction. The result of this analysis will then be presented to senior management and units concerned for operation and service improvement.
