The delegation of Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC), led by Mr. Sung Soo Kim, Director of the Cleanliness Management team, visited Suvarnabhumi Airport on 8 November 2017 and were welcomed by Mr. Nat Ngonrat Na Ayudhya, Deputy Vice President of Landside Operations Department and then on 9 November 2017 they visited Chiang Mai International Airport and were welcomed by Mr. Aphichart Chopthammaean together with Lieutenant Wasin Polnawee, Deputy General Managers.

By this visit, ASQ teams of AOT airports and relevant units had a chance to exchange knowledge and experiences on cleanliness management with IIAC cleanliness experts. This would enable AOT to know some beneficial execution systems to be applied to our operations such as collaboration under common goal, efficient communication channels, and motivation and HR potential development systems.
In this regard, IIAC is one of eleven organizations that had signed MOU with AOT since 23 February 2010. This year Incheon International Airport still be the world’s best airport as awarded by ACI and also be the world’s 2^nd cleanest airport in the group of over 40 million passengers a year as awarded by Skytrax.

[:th]เมื่อวันที่ 8 และ 9 พ.ย.60 คณะผู้แทนจาก Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) นำโดย Mr. Sung Soo Kim, Director of the Cleanliness Management Team ได้ศึกษาดูงานและเยี่ยมชม ทสภ.และ ทชม. โดยมีนายณัฐ งอนรถ ณ อยุธยา รอก.ฝทอ.ทสภ.ให้การต้อนรับ ณ ทสภ. และ นายอภิชาติ ชอบทำเหมือน พร้อมกับ ร.ท.วศิน พลนาวี รชม. ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนจาก IIAC ณ ทชม. ซึ่งการเยี่ยมชมท่าอากาศยานทั้งสองแห่งในครั้งนี้ ผู้แทนจาก IIAC ได้มีโอกาสแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการความสะอาดร่วมกับคณะทำงาน ASQ ของท่าอากาศยานและส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทำให้ได้รับทราบถึงแนวทางการทำงานของ IIAC ที่เน้นความร่วมมือจากทุกส่วนงานโดยมีเป้าหมายในการให้บริการร่วมกัน มีการสื่อสารสองทางอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมกับสร้างแรงจูงใจและพัฒนาศักยภาพของพนักงานให้มีใจรักในการให้บริการ ทั้งนี้ IIAC เป็น 1 ใน 11 องค์กรที่บริหารท่าอากาศยานที่ได้จัดทำบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือระหว่างท่าอากาศยานกับ ทอท.เมื่อวันที่ 23 ก.พ.53 และในปี 60 นี้ ท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติอินชอนยังคงครองอันดับท่าอากาศยานที่ดีที่สุดในโลกจากสภาท่าอากาศยานระหว่างประเทศ (ACI) และยังเป็นท่าอากาศยานที่สะอาดที่สุดของโลกอันดับ 2 ของโลกในกลุ่ม
