Corporate Governance Policy Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT)
The Board of Directors ("The Board”) of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited ("AOT”) aims to operate under AOT’s corporate governance principles, best practices for directors of listed companies, and relevant laws, regulations and guidelines on good corporate governance recommended by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, the Board is determined to enhance AOT’s corporate governance practices to meet international standards, thereby creating confidence to shareholders, investors and all concerned parties.
